Finding a Pharmacy
1. Click Find a Pharmacy and search by zip code to locate the nearest pharmacy that participates within the network. Use this directory for workers’ compensation-related accidents/illness only.
2. Next, provide the employee with a Workers’ Compensation Pharmacy Card. Click Pharmacy Card and enter the injured employee’s name. Print the instruction sheet and card and give it to the employee. By using the card, the employee will not be required to pay out of pocket for medications related to the injury. A claim number or approval from the adjuster is not required.
3. When the injured employee is referred to other physicians by the panel physician, contact the benefit coordinator or nurse consultant to make them aware.
